Do I have west nile virus? I got so many mosquito bites over the summer, and I'm always itchy. I read that west nile virus symptoms are like muslce aches or somthing like that. I have musle aches. I don't know if I have it or thing I have it. I also feel dilusional and my palms are sweaty but that's because I get panic attacks and I don't know if they're symptoms of panic attacks or west nile..

You probably don't have West Nile if you're young and healthy. A lot of the people that get sick from west nile are older and/or immunocompromised. Of course, if you don't feel great and are having panic attacks, you should still see your doctor and have various things ruled out and get some help. Good luck!
