There is a cream out there called udder cream. It is used on cow's udders but completely safe for humans. It is in the pharmacy isle. I know a few people who had the driest, crackest? feet and this worked wonders for them. Just apply a generous amount and sit with your feet up to let it soak in and do this every day. In a week to two weeks you'll see a definate improvement.♥

I agree with the first answer too. Hemp is a wonderful product and The Body shop for instance have designed a foot hemp, it has wonderful powers on cracked heals. You also need to buy a foot file and treat your feet every night to a file to get rid of rough skin and then apply any moisturizing product like hemp and put on a pair of cotton socks. this will keep the moisture in and it will absorb into your skin. the file will also help with the verruca. It is well worth treating your verruca too, maybe in the mornings? Although my sister tells me that our bodies will fight the verruca itself over time, and that way they will not become painful as they do when you treat them sometimes. You need to look after your feet and by following this simple night time foot care routine you will soon have great looking feet! The link below will take you to the hemp page at The Body Shop online.

See a doctor about the verucca, but for the heels, Eulactol Heel balm is the best product out there. apply 2-3- times a day, at night before you go to bed, slather it on, then wear socks to bed. it should only take a day or 2 to see an improvement, about a week for it to clear up.

After your bath, before you dry your feet, apply vaseline generously then dry. Immediatly put on socks so you won't fall. The vaseline seals in the moisure and keeps your heels from drying out. It is inexpensive and works very well.

This is also good for dry hands. If you rub the vaseline in while your hands are still wet, then dry them, they do not feel slippery or greasy, just soft.

Wash well and use any good cold cream and wear a socks over it so that dust does not settle over that. If you keep the skin moist it will heal the crack.

Good luck.

You can put vasteline on them before you go to bed and then put socks on to seal in the moisture. Do it for a week or so and you will see a dramatic difference.
