i have went to the doctor and they gave me some anti botics. the abcess pop on saturday and it hasn't stop pussing yet

depends on WHY you have a skin abscess....think about getting a doctor appointment and getting checked for Staph (staff) infection

If it's been more than two days since you started the antibiotics and if you've been taking them as prescribed, then they should've worked by now.
You should probably get rechecked by your doctor.

if its still pussing now you still have infection i would go back to doctor.
