I'm wondering how I exactly press against the pressure points. For example when im pressing against the thumb for the pituitary gland, my thumb aches so I was wondering if I could just use the knuckle (the first joint) of the thumb to press against it. Also just pressing against any point, my thumb aches after a little while and I have to pause. Also I know you have to search out the sore spots but what if you dont feel any but you still feel a need to give that part attention? Im not sure how firm you press it and how long.

I always thought they were buried or something. However, this makes no sense either. I assume they are disposed of and buried in landfills or burned in incinerators. I just have no idea.

it's a strange feeling of numbness. it feels sort of like when it falls asleep, but without the pins-and-needles. I thought there was just some temporary poor circulation or something, but it's been this way for a while now and I'm not sure what to think. it's just the top of my foot and the front of my shin near the bottom where it connects to the foot. anyone know?
thanks

Puffy face, water retention, insomnia, anxiousness, fever, but the worst thing is the really sore knees. Anyone else had these side effects/withdrawal symptoms and did you think that the pros outweighed the cons? They've have cleared up my Crohn's which was the reason I was taking them but I'm reducing my intake to only 6 a day before coming off them completely. I'm worried my knees might get worse.

I have bad heartburn, severe bloating when I eat, and I get a bad pain in my right side and sometimes on my left. I also have excessive gas. THe doctor said that my red blood cell count is low, but not too low. He also said that my white blood cell count is normal, so I believe that means that my body is not fighting any infections. I am supposed to go see a specialist next week, but I am worried as to what this could be. If anyone has any reasonable suggestions, let me know. I don't want to get blindsided when I see the doctor next week.

I am going to the doctor on Thursday and I just want to get some ideas as to what they could be. I searched Webmd and couldn't find anything that matched what I think it could be. Anyhow I have one lump that is the size of a half dollar, it feels flatter than the other which is more like a large bean. They are located on my lower back on the outer edges of my 'back dimples'. They move around but feel well attached.

Thank you for any information you can provide.

Everyone tells me that there is no cure. That it is a progressive disease and exercise and drugs can only prolong the inevitable. Doctors don't seem to have any of the latest tricks in their arsenal to combat the disease. Only a few are working on stem cell research. Seems to me to be a cop out that neurologist can't give a straight answer to a patient. Where are all the $$$ going for medical research and why can't we see any new developments or cures for the myriad of diseases such as Parkinson’s? We don't know what causes Parkinson’s disease. We don't have a cure for it yet? We don't know how to treat it other than DBS (Deep Brain Surgery) We don't have any drugs that are totally effective. The drugs we do prescribe cause many other problems and require additional drugs for depression, high blood pressure, incontinence, insomnia...etc. How about a cure already? What about prevention? How about providing something for all the dollars we spend on this dreadful disease?

I have been up for about for about eight hours and have experienced close to five large bowel movements in that time frame. Not diarraeha, but relatively loose and soft stools. I have not taken any laxatives, and I haven't been eating excessive amounts of fibre. What could this be? Yesterday I also experienced sharp pains in the left and middle side of my epigastric area, with pain radiating between both my left and right shoulder blades. Friday night I had extreme nausea and a lot of diarraeha, with acidic tasting & smelling burps.
