To do that you would need a genetic analysis to check which chromosomes are inherited from the father and the mother. This is impossible to do at the moment (at least for normal human beings).

But why should you know it that early? I think you don't need to know it before your child is 4 years old because there is no reason for it and no handicaps to overcome.

Some people don't know for a while after birth because you need to do a sight check.
