I want to do this by trying eye exercises and I am not interested in LASER surgery.
Also, is there any way to remove the scratches that fall easily on the anti glare coating of my spectacles

Eat bananas and potatoes and other foods high in potassium to prevent and or ease the pain of muscle spasms in my body? I've had my potassium and calcium and iron blood work done and everything appears normal. Yet I have to suffer daily with muscle spasms. What diseases cause this, besides pinched nerves. I'm worried sick and my doctors don't know what to do for me. In addition I have a elevated sed rate and I have elevated liver enzymes. Because of my elevation in liver enzymes, my doctors won't give me anything orally for my arthritic pains. So they give me shots, which aren't worth a hoot for my pain. Now I have these muscle spasms on a daily basis. They occur in my hands, feet and legs and now severe muscle spasms in my abdomen! I'm in agony and I don't know what to do. Please someone give me some sound advice here. I've had second and third opinions and so far no one can come up with a solution to my problems. Honest and sincere answers please....thank you.

Lately the area below my left eye twitches or spasms..so much so you can actually see it moving. I was wondering what kinds of things could be causing this to happen. Sometimes it spasms so much..I have to put my hand over that area just so people won't notice it happening.

I've been having the burning sensation it seems like all the time lately - and I'm trying to narrow it down - which of the following things are the worst for bladder infections - coffee? ginger root? menopause? not drinking enough water - I have all of the above things but which is worse. (ON a separate note: search engines are pathetic for finding out answers to these questions - Yahoo is awesome! I find out my best answer on here!

I'm a white female in my mid thirties. Over the past 2 years my IOP has went up. 2 years ago it was around 23 or so. Took a visual fields test-that came back ok. The doc didn't give me exact numbers at my most recent appointment, just said the pressure had went up & wants me back in a month for another pressure reading & to take pictures of the inside of my eyes for benchmarking. Asked if there were any vitamins or anything I could do nutrition wise to lower the pressure, he said that there's nothing-glaucoma is not preventable, but is treatable. Read that vitamin c can help & I had been taking about 2 grams a day for a month before my appointment. Have no family history (adopted), work at a computer full time & wonder if eye strain could contribute. Have no other health issues. Only med I take is birth control. What pressure point will damage to the optic nerve start to occur? Any natural remedies? Anyone know somebody who's had success with anything other than prescription drops?

She told me that he was cure at the tole center by Dr Leong which is in Malaysia. I went online and look him up but I am still skeptical about going all the way to Malaysia especially if he is running a scam! Has anyone heard of him? Has anyone children been cure by him?

Although I have not been succesful in finding any information on this topic I feel that this lighting is the root of many of our medical complaints. This lighting works by actually flickering at a very high speed which you do not see but your brain does. I have experiemented with task performance, reduction in headaches,seizures(partial/auras), attention with and without the lighting and have found that this lighting is the culprit. Many places of employment use this lighting and if you suffer from migrains/ADD, etc. this could be your problem. What do you think about this. Do you know of any websites that support this this claim. I am hoping to keep this topic open for as long as they allow so we can continue to get input on personal experiences with this issue. Even without epilepsy I feel this could disrupt the average persons brain. Causing it to misfire and create problems that could be eliminated by simply using the good old incadescent light. Whats your opinion?

My baby is 3 mos. and he's looking like he's getting a flathead. I saw an article in a baby mag of this Cinis Baby Halo (its kind of a doughnut for the baby's head). Any experience with that. Any advice?? Beside rolling a towel and putting it on his side. He'll push it and he's back on his back.

Hello I have piles problem for past 4 to 5 years.. It is in stage 2 before 4 year. I tried some homeopathy treatment and bleading was in control. I stopped homeopathy treatment before 6 months, as bleeding is not fully stopped. When I checked the stage of Piles it was 2, when i stopped homepathy treatment. I was getting bleeding once in 3 weeks, at end of homopathy treatment. Now, before 2 weeks bleeding started again. past 1 week it is more. I am 31yrs old. My friends suggest to go for surgery and that is permanent solution. Is surgery is only permanent solution? what are type of surgery available? Any side effects for surgery? is there any way to control piles over medicines?
