i would say first, make sure your taking care of your health,,,,, take a vitamin, get enough rest, exercise a little every day,, get some sunshine, even if its just sitting outside,
then take a few minutes each day to reflect on yourself,, the past , the future, the present,,,,,,,, if you need to , let yourself dwell a little on the bad, but then make sure you think of the positive,,,,, and what your goals might be,,,,,,, a goal doesnt have to be major, or a solution to a big problem,,,,,, it can be anything ,,,, finding a good bood to read, going to a movie,,, improving (working on ) your hair,,,, skin,, etc or it can be something deep or intellectual,,,,
if nothing else works, think of those worse off then you,,, and think of the fact your life still has opportunities

Hi! Have a possitive attitude.When you wake up think of the chance you have to have a great day.Do small nice things for yourself:get some nice coffee you like.buy a flower and keep it where you can see it,get a nice smelling candle.Do something nice for someone else too!Even if it is just smiling!try looking your:best:shower,clean clothes,take your time with your hair.you need to feel good to proyect this image!do not complain or nag ALL the time:you stress a negative menatl attitude and you WEAR people out too!
In one word count your blessings!
somepeople do get sad during winter due to lack of sunlight.but it is up to you to better the way you think and improve the way you act and live.
if u phisically tired:GO TO BED EARLIER!est healthy stuff :sugar and too much coffee are no nos for tierdness,read about healthier snacks.excercice even if it is just taking 3o minute walks!
