i would say first, make sure your taking care of your health,,,,, take a vitamin, get enough rest, exercise a little every day,, get some sunshine, even if its just sitting outside,

then take a few minutes each day to reflect on yourself,, the past , the future, the present,,,,,,,, if you need to , let yourself dwell a little on the bad, but then make sure you think of the positive,,,,, and what your goals might be,,,,,,, a goal doesnt have to be major, or a solution to a big problem,,,,,, it can be anything ,,,, finding a good bood to read, going to a movie,,, improving (working on ) your hair,,,, skin,, etc or it can be something deep or intellectual,,,,
if nothing else works, think of those worse off then you,,, and think of the fact your life still has opportunities

Visit your doctor. I am sure you have strong opinions against medicating yourself- I did. But Wellbutrin WORKS! It doesnt make you gain weight, it curbs the urge to eat and smoke(if you smoke) and it helps your libido- which the other antidepressants work against that as well as pack on the pounds.

After about 2 weeks on it you start to feel a pep in your step and the grey clouds move on and the sun comes out. Relief.
My doctor says most people suffer from depression several times in thier lives for many different reasons so being on medication isnt permenant. It just helps get your over the hump. And for some it is permenant... Just check with your Doc.

Also- it may be your iron or something- another reason to check with a physician.

Hi! Have a possitive attitude.When you wake up think of the chance you have to have a great day.Do small nice things for yourself:get some nice coffee you like.buy a flower and keep it where you can see it,get a nice smelling candle.Do something nice for someone else too!Even if it is just smiling!try looking your:best:shower,clean clothes,take your time with your hair.you need to feel good to proyect this image!do not complain or nag ALL the time:you stress a negative menatl attitude and you WEAR people out too!
In one word count your blessings!
somepeople do get sad during winter due to lack of sunlight.but it is up to you to better the way you think and improve the way you act and live.
if u phisically tired:GO TO BED EARLIER!est healthy stuff :sugar and too much coffee are no nos for tierdness,read about healthier snacks.excercice even if it is just taking 3o minute walks!

mild. there is not any such element as darkness. Darkness is basically the absence of sunshine. there is mild all around you. look at something around you. That merchandise is reflecting and/ or producing mild that travels to you and different frequencies of this mild shows shadows, dents, etc. So dark does no longer exist and mild-weight is quicker.

Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change. What you focus on becomes your reality.
Do something new, read a book, exercise, go for walks.etc..

well, i m often depressed, especially in autumn. i go to gym. it helps at least during time u re at gym. plus it helps me to keep my body well, which also helps with depression when i look at myself in the mirror. so go to gym. just do it. also french cognac raises my modd. especially camus. but i won't suggest u make a habit of it
