About 10 minutes or less after eating the lactose, your stomach will feel like someone is punching it and you'll be forced to run to the bathroom where you'll have the most painful diarrhea ever. You'll get the chills, your stomach will hurt, and you'll most likely shake back and forth on the toilet wishing you would die.

This can cause projectile vomiting for some. But, why not go to the store and get a product which will allow you to tolerate that lactose? Is widely available.
