i am having piles for last many years. now a portion of vanes has also come out of my rectum permanently. please suggest some home medicine to cure it, thanks

It really sounds like you need surgery, but try annusol cream for them first it's for external and internal piles

Sorry, but if a part of your insides has come out the ONLY way to cure it is through surgery. You have what is called a "strangulated hemmorhoid", and you need to make an appointment with a doctor. Before you do that you need to check your diet and your bathroom habits, your use of alcohol, etc. Good luck and better times ahead.

The very best thing to do is get onto a diet high in fibre with lots of vegetables and fruits. If you prevent constipation you should prevent the piles.

You need medical assistance; however, one thing you can do is to use Pampers wipes after each bowel movement - that and a wet, hot washcloth will ease the pain. Sitz baths are also very comforting.
