For a majority of last year i had really bad stomache problems, there was a constant shooting pain in my stomache, but it wasn't from being hungry or any of that stuff. i thought it might be an ulcer caused from stress, so i went to a few doctors and none of them really did anything, at some point i ended up getting influenza and after that it all kind of went away. now it's back though, and it's such a nexcruciating pain when it happens. it's just like i'm being stabbed, i'm thinking it might be an ulcer again- i also heard that excessive burping was a symptom of an ulcer, too? i burp all the time- even on an emprty stomache, and they're not just puny little burps. they're pretty furocious. i guess i'm just trying to figure out if this is something i should be worried about? the doctors never really did anything about it before but it's gradually getting worse.
maybe i should go back?
any suggestions on what it might be?

When i go to bed, i wouldn't be able to sleep and i get up 30 minutes later to take a piss, then go back to bed, get up 30 minutes before i go to sleep and then i go back to bed and finally sleep. The amount of piss is so small each time. This is the strangest habit, what should i do to fix this habit? Do i have a bladder problem? what should i do to exercise my bladder to make it stronger?

I am concerned there may infact be an underlying condition that may be serious. My G.P. has proven in the past that sometimes her attention to detail is not the best for my Family, so I am wondering if I should make arrangements to visit a specialist. As this head ache problem is persisting.

He used to have coughs and colds two weeks before, but it was already treated with anti-biotics. Four days after his phlegm was gone, the fever came back, at random times of the day, but will ease-off after taking analgesic (syrup for fever). He was tested for CBC before, dengue it is not because his platelets is 12K+. I was just wondering what could be wrong with him.

i was looking through certain questions relating to some that i had (pertaining to physical health) and a lot had answers saying that water was the key. apparently, it keeps lips from drying out, and it keeps redness out of eyes. i heard it may also help prevent alzheimers. what other little things does water do for one's health? besides keeping a person hydrated :). does it clear up skin, too? i don't drink a whole lot of water, but i should probably get started right now!

I had a ct of my abdomen/pelvis last Monday. It shows 2 main things.
1. adrenal adenoma
2. Liver lesion
I've done some research on the internet on both, but I really like to hear comments from a medical person who knows whether I should worry. The research I've done is the more like the adrenal adenoma is benign..........but what about the liver lesion??? I'm really worried. Can someone give me their opinions on these please. Thanks, Robin

my 4yr old son began complaining of stomach pain late Wednesday morning. When he woke up from his nap in the afternoon he had fever of 102 degrees, headache & vomitted. He refused food. We had to force him to drink. We gave him ibuprofen. The fever continued through Friday reaching a high of 103.8. He was seen by his pediatrician Friday morning. My son was diagnosed with an "adenoid virus". The doctor said fever would continue a couple more days. Friday afternoon my son ate a little bit, but then had a bout of diarrhea. Saturday morning he woke up with swollen glands. Today, Sunday, his fever continues (todays high was 101.6) He's still not eating well. i am concerned the pediatrician may have misdiagnosed my son. Should i take him back to the pediatrician tomorrow or wait a few more days

It wasn't there before. And to make matters worst its gotten a little bigger. I'm hoping its nothing cancerous but what are the possibilities that it could be? Is there some alternative thing? I have no history of cancer in my family though.
Thanks!

In this family (several generations) about 2/3 of the girls have psychological problems but are quite creative and 50% of the boys have a slight to moderate learning disability and problems with balance. Those not afflicted seem okay. Both sexes seem to carry the genetic problem which ramdomly affects any children they have. The boys affected have moonish looking faces but not as severe as downs children. Could this be Asbergers Syndrome or are there any other ideas? Any help in understanding this would be appreciated, thank you.
