i think u r referring to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. its a systemic auto immune disorder..numerous autoantibodies develop esp.. antinuclear antibodies.there is a generalised type 3 hypersensitivity reaction with acute necrotising vasculitis and fibrinoid deposits involving small arteries n arterioles..kidney n skin r commonly affected. joints, cvs, cns, spleen n lungs can also b affected..it presents as a sytemic, chronic, recurrent, febrile illness associated with anemia and leukopenia.
