cut many slices of ginger (as many as you feel comfortable with bc it can be sharp and 'hot' for the throat) and boil in water. Drink it when cooled. Take this once a day till the problem goes away.
I usually take a bunch of them bc I'm not afraid of the 'hot' feeling as it drips into the throat. It's ok to start with a few slices, maybe 7 or 8. Increase as you feel comfortable with doing so.

Don't mix fruits with vegetables in your stomach in the same meal. Each alone is ok. Dont eat vegetables, with fruit for desert. Don't overeat, especially anything with sugar in it. Sugar causes fermentation. Get sufficient B complex, B6 and B2. Keep your bowels open (don't get constipated). Get some exercise. Eat bran. Don't eat more than 1/2 cup of beans at a meal. When cooking beans throw out the first cooking water after about a minute.throw out the soak water before you even begin to cook beans.If you go to Mexico, bring back some Lugols 1/2 strength. It is 1/2 strength iodine people take about 7 drops of internally and it has been known to expel painful gas and bloat in a very short time.keep refrigerated. Most meat eaters collect some 8 to 25 pounds of fecal matter around with them, unaware of it,and unaware of what to do to get rid of it. Too much gas is one symptom of it.

I have ayurvedic remidy to resolve gas problem....
Add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds to 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Drink this thrice a day and your problem will vanish!

Take some Beano when you are eating. Increase your intake of Green , leafy veggies and limit your portions of pastas and dairy in your individual meals.

for now, you can get some carbon tablets (activated carbon or eucarbon)
on the long run
maybe it will help you to avoid
dairy products especially milk (youghurt on the other hand is good)
beans of all types
eggs
carbonated beverages
