they aren't hot flashes- I am only 24 LOL! my face is aso getting really swollen in the morning lately and i feel horrible when i wake up- i am a healthy weight and eat healthy as well- just don't get it. This has been happening for a while now. The Doctor can't find anything wrong.

See an endocrinologist doctor- that is a doctor who specialized in endocrine disorders - 2 things could be going on- you can have a hormonal imbalance that, depending on the day they do the blood work in respect to your menstrual cycle, can determine the problem and the other is thyroid dysfunction- you can have hyperthyroidism but with the swollen face in the AM, I would bet it is a hormone imbalance- go to a good endocrinologist and dont take "I dont know" for an answer. My 26 year old daughter is going through the same symptoms and she is going through blood testing.
