what is Rh and what does it mean?

it is the factor that goes along with blood type for example, I am O positive, O is my blood type, positive, is my rh factor. Really just has to do with genetics, and whether or not you can receive certain blood types if you are in need, and if you are female, if you are rh negative, it can have an effect when you have children, because negative rh's build an antibody against positive rh's perhaps if your husband when you get pregnant, the baby could have a positive, if your husband is rh positive, and can kill the second child, you have if you don't get a shot to prevent it.
