You need to remove the offending wound, either by getting to the source of the ulcer, or by surgery. As you already know if you have already lost that much blood, it can possibly be fatal.

If you or someone you know has this problem, go to a doctor. People can die from bleeding ulcers. They can be caused by a bacteria, which is helped by and antibiotic.

Usually a gastric ulcer that severe requires surgery (gastric resection).
