When i go to bed, i wouldn't be able to sleep and i get up 30 minutes later to take a piss, then go back to bed, get up 30 minutes before i go to sleep and then i go back to bed and finally sleep. The amount of piss is so small each time. This is the strangest habit, what should i do to fix this habit? Do i have a bladder problem? what should i do to exercise my bladder to make it stronger?

This is indeed a habit and not a physical problem. Reduce fluid intake to about 1.5 litter (about a quart and a half) per day. Urinate at bed time and through will power, you need to retain the urine as long as possible. Some people are polydipsic and consume far more fluid than they need...if you are one of these, then limit fluid intake.

Ok first of all its not a habbit, pissing is not exactly a voluntary response. It is a need for the body. As these people have stated it could be a bladder infection. But what most fail to realize is that if you are a man it can be a sign of an enlarged prostate. Best bet is to go to your doc and get the two finger check up. You should probably make a regular habbit of getting that checked if you are a male anyway, the number of males with prostate cancer is growing. Get checked

Don't drink so much before bed time, some people have a natural weak bladder control, you seem to have that.

It may accutally be a bladder problem, I'm not sure how you could exercise it, Consult a docotor before doing anything though.
