I am a type 1 diabetic. I am starting to notice that my feet are really numb after driving. I'm really tired, like I want to take a nap, but I feel like I need to get some exercise or sit in a spa to get circulation going. Ah- I'm just tired. Can't I sleep?

As we can see, we're gotting more and more heavy than before, I mean 1960 to 1990, should we ascribe this to the diet we eat? Weeks ago the British guy Charles announce that people should not go to Mcdonald any more. More or less what he said is correct, at least I believe that the high rate of diabetes mellitus and heart disease has a root cause from the high calorie food such as fried potato chip and chicken.
Months ago I took a trip to China, I find the guys there do not have the same problem of us, I believe it dues to their diet contains more vegetable , we may need a social revolution for diet now. Anyway, weight creates healthy problem.

where she is afraid to go out for example each time she comes for dinner at my mom and dads, usually after work she will eat the correct food but then slip into a hypo, we have had to call the paramedics on several occasions and each time is worst than the last one, she claims that she eats correctly and takes her insulin correctly.(even seen her inject and then eat and still she goes) she has had one in the bath and woke up with a broken leg, (she lives alone) my dad has had to break in before now when she has gone out cold i am really worried about her but she wont go to the doctors as she says she is fine! she is 57 but my concern is she wont wake up one of these times, ii know very little about diabetes other than this is NOT right, any advice please and thanks in advance for your replies
