80 is good!

You can have glucose in urine for a variety of reasons. Just general illness can cause it. Excessive carbohydrates can do the same thing.

You could also have spiking blood sugar without having diabetes or hypoglycemia. What happens with me is my blood sugar suddenly drops quickly which makes me tired and weak. If I have a primarily carbo meal, that is what sets it off. So, if I have cereal in the a.m., I include one boiled egg or a piece of cheese or a serving of sausage. The protein/fat slows the metabolism of the carbohydrate making the blood sugar level more balanced. Keep in mind the calories!! You have a little less cereal to include that extra item. Measure your carbohydrate portions. If you are having 1.5 cups a rice that is too much!

If you are still convinced you might have a blood sugar problem, ask to have an A1C test. That checks your blood sugar activity for the last 3 months. If you have a family history of diabetes, consider getting your own monitor (Walgreens brand works fine) and test your blood sugar yourself. My doc has me do that because it's less costly than a lab test and I can do it several times a year, which is what he prefers me to do.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Non diabetic range is 60-105. You could get a lab test called Hemoglobin A1c which will give you an average blood glucose reading for the past 3 months. 80 is a very good number, I would look into other explanations for exhaustion and weakness.

This level is normal but you have to do another test called hemoglobin A1C to be sure that your blood sugar is normal all the time. Urine strip testing for glucose can give false positive results if you are taking medications.

80 mg/mL is OK, but one have glucosuria isn't OK.
You need a clinical investigation to "renal gucosuria".
Good luck!
