Morning: 80 to 110. Post meal: Probably no more than 120 to 130. Bedtime: 90 to 120

BTW, these numbers are the same for a diabetic who is controlling their blood sugar well. The higher they get, the less control they have.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The 'normal' fasting (after not eating overnight) blood sugar (glucose) level for a non-diabetic would be in the range 70 to 99 mg/dL (3.9 to 5.5 mmol/l for people who use the International Standard for blood glucose measurement). Two hours post prandial (after eating) a non-diabetic's blood glucose level would not normally rise above 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/l). I say normally as there are occasions when it could go higher, such as if the person being tested had an underlying infection at the time of testing; the person being tested was undergoing a period of extreme stress at the time of testing; or the person being tested was taking certain types of medication which are known to cause a rise in blood glucose levels. (These medications often include steroids, such as the types prescribed for the treatment of asthma, or for treating certain specific types of infection.)

a "normal range" for our blood sugar is betweein 70-110 or 80-120 below about 60 you will typically notice a change in the persons mental status, they will become more confused/disorianted, or if it gets low enough the person can black out, on the high spectrum, if its about 300 or so, the person will have increased urination, sweat more, have "fruity" breath.

Normal range in general is 60-105. After eating, it will go up. Before bed you want to be a little higher, upwards of 115 or so.
