Last time my Insulin pen needed replacement
I went to the Diabetic practise Nurse
and she gave me one free .
The ( use once ) syringes can be requested on prescription
.
Needles for the pen are free on prescription
So contact your Diabetic nurse or doctor ,
for a replacement
This is not a luxury, but a necessity
###The pharmacist who supplies, your insulin,
will sell an insulin pen , if all else fails .
best of luck

There are different kinds of pen for different types of insulin - you should ask your dr or at your diabetes clinic as you can get them on prescription - they are not cheap to buy!

You should be able to get a replacement at any pharmacy. I am not sure about the necessity of a prescription, as all countries are different.
