I had my sugar testes thru the finger prick. This was done at 3 in the afternoon so i had eaten during the day. My sugar was 3.2 the doctor said it was low. What should i be eating to bring it up. I get very dizzy and get tired quick. I am 45 years old. No weight problem at all. (115 pounds)

Eat a sandwhich, like peanut butter or meat. Also some juices will help keep up the sugar. I take it you don't take insulin or check your sugar, so when you start to feel this way, get some juice and a sandwhich and it should bring it up to a good range. I know from being a paramedic and seing this all the time. Keep snacks with you when you travel as well, even short distances. It does not take long for your gugar to drop.

Get yourself a snack in the mid day to help you through. The best kind of snack to level you out is something with protien and carbs....not high sugar or high starch. Although these will help you feel better...you will find yourself crashing back down and feeling worse. Some good snacks are......peanut butter crackers, half a sandwhich with some meat(ham), pudding, yogurt, fruit with a little bit of cheese.....the protien helps carry it......I have a diabetic son and these are the best type of snacks to bring up his blood sugar without him crashing down again.

Eat foods with carbs in them or sugar to bring up your sugar. Juice will bring it up very quickly.
