I would think that A B & D apply.
It is true that aging occurs at a similar age for most people and here the key word is "most". It's true that some people age really well and later than some. Some age sooner than others but on average most people age at a similar age and that is where the second choice comes in. Some people just get there "sooner" some "later". The stages are the same, be it sooner or later and I think the first stage is the change in eyesite. Most people I know have to have reading glasses and the first thing they say is "well, I must be getting old". They don't realize what lays in wait for them!

My brother is 13 now, and he used to wet the bed until he was about 10; nothing's wrong with him now, and he's maturing/growing fine. His body just had a hard time waking itself up at night, I guess.

Everyone ages differently. I know, I am almost 55. And I age VERY SLOWLY. Everyone around me, including younger than me, many age very badly!!
