Untill 6 yrs ago, I was taking tablets for diabetic regularly, twice a day. Then I got it controlled due to weight reduction. Diet controll and exercise. Since then, with proper exercise and diet, no medicine is required and diabetic is under controll. I have started Yoga which is also helping. Any advice for keeping it that way in future. My feet and legs are in pain all the time. My feet mostly. They feel hot (on the inside) and achy. Like I have been walking for days. They are always like this. Massages don't help, they actually cause it to hurt more. Does anyone else have this problem and what do you do for it? I also wake up with muscle spasms almost everynight. The doctor gave me muscle relaxers but then I have a hard time the next day getting up and being alert. Thanks

Scared of the damage its doing to her organs in the long run. Any ways to make it not so hard on her or ideals to help her get by better.
