An insulin reaction feels like, at first like you have not eaten all day long, then I start to feel shaky inside and the shakieness goes into my brain, this part is all in a matter on minutes, after that I pass out.
When I had a heart attack back in Feburary my blood sugar went to 1300 I went into a coma for 3 days, But before that I was vomiting & could not think clear enough to call 911. I don't know how I got to the hospital, my husband came home for lunch I think.

I have witnessed both types of reactions.

My girlfriends daughter is a diabetic and had this look on her face like she was in a trance. Not able to pay attention to people when they were talking to her. Her sugar count was too high.
We gave a her a shot of her insulin and took her to the emergency room. Since the insulin helps there are other more permanent damage to her body and her brain that can occur that doctors need to alleviate.

Also my grandfather was a diabetic and could appear drunk if he had missed one of his insulin shots. This can also occur if he does not eat properly.
He ran his car off the road one night. Fortunately the policeman that found the car knew my grandfather and knew that he was a diabetic, and so he probibly was not drunk but instead needed to be taken to the hospital for his diabetic condition.

If one's sugar is too high, they tend to be very tired, slurred speech, dizzy and have some visual disturbances (such as blurred vision). Some people get headaches as well.

If one's sugar is too low, one can get the sweats, feel weak, feel hot and cold, as well as have headaches.

If you are Diabetic and getting any kind of reaction like this or similar, it is important to keep tabs on your glucose levels and know what triggers each and avoid them in the future.

if you have diabeties, you normally have high blood sugar, and low blood sugar. Sometimes, you might faint or feel dizzy.
If you are a diabetic, you can never have sugar unless it is under 10 sugars. It really depends on what kind of diet you have.
