I am allergic to caffeine and does not know why. When I hear how everyone enjoys coffee I get a little bit annoyed. I cannot get close to a cup of coffee. I will get nauseated and throw up, and I will get bloated stomach, which will ache. I will develop an irritable head ache.
I just don’t know what causes allergies.

And also because I always feel sleepy very early at times, and I cannot do night studies; in addition to that I cannot drink coffee. I know no other thing that can keep me bright and shine at night.

I want to know, because 2 days ago I had a bowl of cereal. It was fine, I felt OK and everything was good. Last night I had a glass of milk and about 2 hours after drinking it I felt like I was going to get sick and I had dysentery. The milk is fine, It doesn't expire for another week.

Since allergy shots are just little doses of the allergen, why can't people who are allergic to cats just get immune to it by living around cats?

What will happen if I take two 24 hour allergy pills within one day?
Or if I take two different brands of allergy pills?

Will I just get drowsy? 'Cause I don't care...I just want my throat to stop itching for the night.

I just got home from training down at Fort Benning, Georgia with the Army.

I've been sick for about 6 weeks now. The doctors down there said my throat culture showed that I had Pharyngitis. Army healthcare down there kinda bites.. they only gave me Robitussin, Ibuprofin, and nasal spray.

So I went to my family physician back here at home and he believes it's allergies. He gave me Allegra-D and Nasonex.

I have this really scratchy-itchy feeling in the back of my throat and keep coughing VERY persistently--it won't go away. None of the medicine I've been taking (what's been given by the doctor, as well as Tylenol Cold and Sore Throat, and lozenges) have been helping with the cough. It's really annoying; I can't even open my mouth to speak without coughing up a storm. Any suggestions on what it is, and what I can do to improve my cough and condition? There's also a lot of fluid in my ears..

My tongue is slightly swollen and I literally can't stick it more than 1 inch out of my mouth. When I do stick it out, it looks very fat. It hurts on the bottom like i pulled the muscle. My cheeks are a little swollen too.

If this is an allergic reaction, how long will it take to go away?

If its not a reaction, what could it be?

Sometimes when i consume large amounts of alcohol, the skin around one of my eyes gets swollen the next day. It is usually gone by the end of the day or the next day, but i want to know if there is a way to help it heal quicker.

For the past few months I've been waking up with my eyes binded shut with what seems to be clumps of puss. I quite literally have to pry my eyes open, from there the clumps stick to my eye lashes.

There are no living additions to my home that could cause allergies. Nothing has changed. Where are these allergies coming from?

And all day I feel a slight ball of some sort under neath my eye lid. I close my eye, roll it, and it goes away for about 3 seconds.

I have contact lenses, but never wear them. I chose to wear my glasses. I am sure to take off my make up before I go to bed.

After thinking of all the plausible causes of this daily morning allergy, I'm clueless. What else should I be looking for?

My mom bought pineapple spears from Sam's Club and i ate about 2. After i ate it i got a weird feeling in my mouth. It was dry and scratchy. It felt like (still feels like) my whole mouth was is burning. This is not my first time eating pineapples, but this is the first time my mouth has acted strangely. Could i be allergic, and what can i do to stop the pain? Any tips would be grateful. Thanks!

I am allergic to sulfa of ANY kind! As a consumer I have to stand there and read the ingredients on all of my bathing products.

I have to spend 75% more on the products that DON'T use it in the products.

So far I have only found 1 name brand that does Not use Sulfa and that is J.A.S.O.N.

do any of you know of any more brands that do not contain Laural sulfates?

I was stung by something on tuesday (3 days ago) in a sump and i didnt see what it was. I instantly felt tingling through my leg. The spot that was stung has swollen to double the size with a red ring about 4 inches in diameter. I cannot see a stinger but the spot that was stung is sort of indented and soft. I tried to squeeze the vemon out and only got clear liquid so not sure if that worked. My leg is tender in the spot that was stung and when i bend my leg foward its a little painful.

Last night i wrapped my leg in a cold wet cloth with a bandage around it to stop the swelling but when i woke up and removed the bandage my foot began to swell. No from the bottom of my calf to my toes is double to triple the size.

Any idea what i got stung by and how can i treat it. I have used cortizone to stop the itching but nothing else yet.
