Definitey allergies. There are a lot of treatments available.
Start with over-the-counter medications. I'd try Benadryl first. If taking 1 to 2 benadryl every 6 hours clears the symptoms, then you can pretty much classify it as allergies, especially if the symptoms run the entire spring/summer.
But Benadryl should not be taken long-term. You can try other over-the-counter meds such as Claritin, but the pills have some side-effects that you probably don't want to have to deal with -- side effects such as high blood pressure, drowsiness or hyperactivity.
The best long-term treatment option would be a nasal inhalaer, such as Flonase or Nasacort. The inhalers have fewer of the nastier side-effects. Flonase now comes in a generic equivalent, so if cost is a problem this would be a good choice. Only thing is you have to get a prescription for it. Go to your doctor or clinic of choice and describe your problem. If you want the low-cost medicine (generic flonase) ask for it specifically. Otherwise, some doctors have a habit of prescribing the latest and greatest medicines, which might be a good bit more expensive.

You probably have seasonal asthma. the sneezing in the morning when you get up could be the stirring of the dust mites from the bedding, actually not the mites so much themselves as the excrement they leave behind when they eat your skin particles.
Make sure you wash your bedding every three days, keep your bedding clean. There's not much you can do about seasonal asthma, unless you want the expense of the doctor, then he can give you something to help.
By the way, I didn't say this but, dust mites can't stand air and light so, leaving the bed unmade helps, remember I didn't say that.

I eat a cup of yogurt everynight before bed. I love the taste. It doesn't matter if it is cold in South Dakota or hot in Florida, I will eat it. Yum-Yum..... Would you like to eat some with me? I will save you your favorite!
