What will happen if I take two 24 hour allergy pills within one day?
Or if I take two different brands of allergy pills?
Will I just get drowsy? 'Cause I don't care...I just want my throat to stop itching for the night.

More medicine will not necessarily have more effect-you would be taking a risk with no guarantee of the desired result.

I see your having the itchy throat. Ok to get rid of that you should take benadryl so that you can sleep and forget about the itchy throat and it works well on allergies. Also to slow down that symptom clean your room input a hepa air filter to filter out the dirt and allergens that are triggering your itchy throat change the pillow cases on your pillow and use the anti mite pillows. Also have the doctor prescribe you rhinocort to stop itchy nose if you ever get that cause sometimes it causes the itchy throat to happen too. If you take 2 allergy pills you will get extremely sleepy with benadryl you can take 2 and still be in the safe zone but taking 2 from a different brand is a different situation u can get overdose. I would recommend just take 1 benadryl table and use the spray and keep the room clean and use the hepa air filter youll be fine.

im no medical expert, but never overdose on any kind of drug, accidents happen, and if the bottle says take 1, take 1
