I want to know, because 2 days ago I had a bowl of cereal. It was fine, I felt OK and everything was good. Last night I had a glass of milk and about 2 hours after drinking it I felt like I was going to get sick and I had dysentery. The milk is fine, It doesn't expire for another week.

I don't believe you can just "become" lactose intolerant overnight. Maybe it was something else in your system or maybe you even have a minor lactose issue too. where your body can only handle so much in a period of time. I would consult your doctor or try and see about having smaller portions of dairy..

Ow!

Yes, allergies and intolerance can arise pretty quickly. There is one thing, though: Was the milk from your glass from the same jug as the one in your cereal? And had the milk been allowed to sit out?

Feel better!
