I think August has always been the worst month. That's when the ragweed blooms. When I was growing up July-Aug were the only months that bothered me (North NJ - since I moved close to Philly 20 yrs ago - it's now year round

Gee my son suffers that as well in spring but dust upsets him also so it may be those dust mites that live in the dust that help to cause asthma in some
