I have the same sensitivity to peppers...I use milk cream for hand and body. It has real milk minerals and some other great stuff that definitely makes the burning go away. You can only find it at CVS pharamacy. Hope it helps!!

I watched a show with ppl who were tasting some of the worlds hottest hot sauce & what they did to cool their tongues off was spray ready whip in their tongues b/c it has a lot of sugar in it & sugar helps cool the heat from the peppers... so try mixing a sugar/water mixture & wipe it on your hands to see if that will help. Hey the worst it can do is not work

I burned myself with hot glue that dripped down onto my arm and fingers [i was gluing something onto the ceiling]. It burned like a son of a *****...so i ran to the bathroom and all i could find was some Vaseline, so i applied a large amount to each burn and it soothed my burns IMMEDIATELY. Then, the next day, I bought some zinc ointment, 100% pure, [with no additives, perfumes, etc], to heal the scars.

Milk. I just saw it on Alton Brown's show "Good Eats". Try submerging them in milk for a longer period of time.
