Actually, I don't suggest sprays, mostly. But there are things I do suggest.

Use a damp cloth to dust frequently. Wash your bedding and curtains to get the dander and dust mites out of them. Use vinegar to clean your windows, rather than most commercial products: It works just as well, and is less potentially toxic. If you have carpeting in your room, take it out and use area rugs. And get a bucket of water and cloth, and use that to wipe your baseboards.

Good luck!

Products like Febreeze are not hypo allergenic and people can be allergic to the ingredients.

For starters you can buy allergen tight mattress/pillow covers. (Walmart even sells them now.) Get a HEPA air cleaner. Keep the room clean by dusting/vacuuming. Make sure you have a good filter on the furnace and change it regularly. If this does not help, try removing the carpet and get hardwood/tile/lino for the floor.

Perhaps, you can get antihistamines to control your allergies. In addition, you could buy anti allergic bedding. They sell it a Bed, bath & beyond or even online. Buy 100% cotton sheets and antialleric blankets. Get an air purifier, ozonic pro is the best, and keep it running 24 hours a day. That will clean th air you breath at all times. Avoid smokers and places where there is a ot of pollution.

Febreeze makes a version of their product specifically for allergens. It's relatively cheap and effective.
