I have an underactive thyroid and take thyroxine.
When i take vitamin c (250mg) my thyroid levels seems to go up, and i get hyper-thyroid symptoms.
Does anyone know why this happens?
Has anyone had similar experience?

My face was very clear few months back but now getting pimples suddenly. guessing it might be due to dandruf..............

I was just told that i probably have early stages of degenerative back disease in my lower back.I'm really young and i'm worried that since this disease is more common in ppl 30 yrs and up, i will have a very bad back when i'm older. What treatments do u think they will give me? Also i take ibuprofen almost every day. I'll continue doing this til my mom can schedule a Dr. appointment. Is this safe? Is this the best med for this? Also does anyone else have this? What is it like?

So i was going to the bathroom, and i seen these white bumps everywhere...

well small ones around the head rim...
and where the two glands meet on the rim theirs three more nboticable ones but maybe the size of a .07 pencil tip in average size...

that didnt freak me out, that much im uncircumsized. so i thought maybe ppp or skin follicates..im sorry with spelling..
but on the flab of skin if i stretch it all i see is white dots scattered..

these dots dont itch..bother me or any discomfort at all...

but before i have sex i want to know, and im so shy to go to a clinic...

know if i never had sex what could it be...
how could i got it, and get rid off...


please dont give me links..unless pics..
i just need personal advice

I'm dating a girl for about 3 months, and on the last date she told me she has herpes for 4 years. I really like this girl, she is really cool and stuff, but isn't it seem too early to risk your health for someone you only knew for 3 month? Plus If I decide to be with her (getting intimate and sex etc), what is the chance I am getting herpes? 100%? And if I break up with herpes in me, would it give me big obstacle in dating new girls in general? So should I leave her?

I know someone who is 66 years-old and in the past 2 years he's had quadruple heart bypass surgery, then they found out he had bladder cancer and they removed his pancreas (he now wears a catheter bag) and one of his kidneys was in poor shape. Now they just found out that he has testicular cancer. Additionally, he never had radiation or chemo and he still eats horribly. I don't know how much more this poor man can take. What do you think his outlook is?

i am to have a total hysterectomy for ca of the uterus and cervix, monday and my cousin calls me and tells me its nothing and to get over it. she says i dont have nothing but a messed up cell. she showed no concern at all, and i felt so very hurt. why would she treat me like this when we were close since age 6. all the attention is always on her.

Ive had it for less than a year, live In Ca, and have been treating it with natural supplements and have never taken medication for it. I've had no major outbreaks and minimal symptoms.

God im starting to get so frustrated with these stupid *** warts. I got one on my foot so i believe its called a planter wart, i had it for about a year now so i went to pharmacy and got dr scholls freeze away im pretty sure its called. I didnt feel any effect when using it and now i dont feel anything. Im jsut getting freaked cuz i see small pimples around the wart and on foot, about 8 of em, are these warts that are growing? I dont wanna have 10 warts on my dam foot. With one its so hard to walk, wtf am i gonna do with 10 of em?

The lower eyelid of my left eye has an uncontrollable quivering or trembleing that comes and goes. It is really annoying! Not really painful, eye not red, no eye drainage or anything. It has been going on for about 3 days now off and on.

Could it be stress related? I have been under tremendous strain in the last week with my hubby in the hospital, and another family member sick and hospitalized at a different hospital.

Could it be sinuses or allergy? I have environmental allergies, hay fever,etc. I am a little stuffed up, but nothing major.

ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Thanks!

I often short of breath, fatigued. am obese with a BMI of 31. My thyroid glands are normal and no gynic problem. for the past 2 months , am physically indisposed. i was on iron tablets for the past 3 yrs. but it doesn't seem to improve my haemoglobin level which stays within 6-8 with the worst of 4.5 when i had to take blood transfer. Please help me to combat my problem for i don't find a satisfactory clue to as to what is the reason behind my problem. My age is 20 yrs.

While he is playing or do physical activities, blood is oozing from his right nostil. Sometime it comes two-three times in a day. The doctor prescribed for x-ray, blood test and endoscopy. Am afraid of this.
