I'm sure you have been tested for all these above illnesses.
So I'm going to dwell on the following:
People living with generalized musculoskeletal aches and pains put up with a barrage of such statements. For them, activities usually taken for granted -- lifting a gallon of milk, peeling potatoes, or washing dishes -- may cause diffuse pain. What if you suffer such aches, and your physician is having difficulty coming up with an explanation? Could you have fibromyalgia?
Several complaints may be seen in association with fibromyalgia, including tension and migraine headaches, abdominal pain, bloating, with alternating constipation and diarrhea suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome, as well as bladder spasms and irritability causing urinary urgency or frequency
is not unusual for patients with fibromyalgia to suffer symptoms for months to years and undergo many tests and specialist evaluations before the diagnosis is made. Because various tests are normal and patients look well to family, friends, and even health care providers, many are considered to have no "real" condition. Feelings of guilt, anger, anxiety, and depression may result

When the typical physician sees no abnormal physical signs, no changes on X-ray, or no weird lab results in combination with chronic complaints of severe pain, they're inclined to think that the patient is lying (so called, malingering). Thus, many such patients win referrals to psychiatrists. Another reason for the referrals to psychiatrists is that mental illness (e.g., major depression or debilitating stress) is more often than not co-morbid with fibromyalgia. You might be tempted to argue that fibromyalgia causes mental illness, but I would argue that, in most cases, it's the other way around.

Go get tested for Lyme disease. It is a specific blood test you get. Try one of the alternative health centers that treat Lyme disease.
Lyme disease is an epidemic in Australia right now and lots of cases go unreported here in the U.S.
Believe me, Lymes can make your life hell and has many of the symptoms you described.
Look at some of the youtube videos about Lyme and see if any of them resonate with you..
good luck.

I am a medic / firefighter, from experiance i have recieved in the field your symptoms seem like a few different things ive encountered. you could simply have a virus that needs to be treated with antibiotics, you could have a small tumor between your neck and head which is causing soreness and pain. your stomach ache is prob. from all the other problems its just getting to your nerves and making u feel sick. but i would need alot more info to give u more info

Your cat has a progressively worsening medical condition--PLEASE get him in today or in the next two days, the longer you wait the harder it will be to stabalize him and fix the problem. I don't doubt that he growls and is aggressive, pain will do that. Urinary blockage is very painful. If it blocks completely you'll loose the cat, usually within 24 hours, as the kidneys shut down permanently.
