I've been battling acne for a couple years now.
One thing I learned is that you should NEVER use more than one type of treatment at the same time. It doesn't SPEED the process. The sudden appliance of lots of different chemicals will weaken your skin and make it more prone to acne.
Secondly, never wash your face too frequently. Twice a day is good enough. Too much can cause drying of the skin, which causes your body to produce more oil (than the typical amount that protects against bacteria), which can lead to the clogging of pores (which means more acne).
Here's the routine I use and so far it's pretty much killed all my acne. I actually purchased the Neutrogena Advanced Solutions acne kit. It comes with an acne cleanser, a daytime oil-free lotion, and a nighttime benzoyl peroxide lotion. You use the cleanser twice a day, once in the daytime and once in the evening (morning and bedtime preferably). The lotion protects your weak skin against UV and other harmful rays that can damage your skin. The benzoyl peroxide kills bacteria while you sleep. It's an awesome combination and I bought it for around 20 dollars. I've used other products that cost much more, but never has any product worked so well.

Pimples might appear due to hormonal imbalance or due to lack of cleansing.
I dont trust much on soaps for cleansing.
I was also having same problem.
My suggestion is you should use a deep cleansing face wash .
Like I use Clean and Clear Oil and dirt cleanser face Wash.
wash your face at least three-four times a day.
Rose water can be used at night as a toner.
Use moisturiser instead of creams.
and drink lots of water.
it will be helpful.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Don't touch the pimples often. They appear in adolescence and will vanish on their own after 15-30 days.
