Youve been diabetic for a year, you should know what to do by now. If your on insulin take extra by contacting your Dr. to get the correct amount. If your not on insulin get a hold of your Dr. cause there is something wrong with your medication. You can always go into the ER and get it down that way too.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I am a diabetic as well. You are obviously Type 1 (Insulin).

You need to realize what you are eating if you are eating alot of bread or a big meal you need to take a few extra units of insulin.

You can also start going for walks or working out. You will get it...it takes a long time and everyday is different. Good Luck.

Are you on sliding scale insulin? if so, cover yourself with the correct units for a blood sugar of 308. If taking glucophage or such, watch your diet. Are you sick?, this can raise your blood sugar. Drink plenty of fluids, recheck blood sugar in two hours. If it is still going up, go to the emergency room.

first of all are you type 1 or type 2 diabectic? Are you on insulin or tablets? You need to watch the foods that you are eating and you need to exercise. Consuming a good range of fiber can help to slow the rate of sugar entering into the blood stream and also b vitamins can help to convert the sugar into energy. check out multi fiber blend and super b threshold at http://healthplus.gnld.net/

if you are a type 1 diabetic then u should take insulin which i guess you are because of the early onset of your diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is when your body can't produce insulin so you need to inject it. But if you're Type 2 diabetic, wherein your body produces insulin however it can't utilize it properly, you can use oral antidiabetic drugs those of thiazolidinedione class (e.g Rosiglitazone, Pioglitazone). refer to your MD for prescription

You need to eat 3 low carb meals a day, a high protein snack between each meal and before bedtime and get regular exercise. Since your blood sugar is that high you need to call your doc and let him know all of this if you haven't done that already unless you use sliding scale insulin.

Your eating habits may be keeping your blood sugar up. Eat a healthy diet, no junk food or sodas (unless diet), watch your calories and carbs and most of all, exercise. That will help lower your blood sugar and keep it down.
