Doctor told me I had to get on Atkins for 6 wks to take off weight and get blood sugars down. It is week 3 and I only had one apple and one buscuit one time all other times basically this: I eat an egg and saussage for breakfast, cheese and lunch meat for lunch and dinner two veggies and more meat. I have snacked on dry roasted nuts and gained two lbs in one week. Lots of water and walk three times a wekk for 3 miles. What is happening? I do notice I have stopped craving sugar but blood sugar is too high still.

I just found out a new guy I'm seeing had a one night stand with a girl a few months ago who has herpes. He found out and got checked out and didn't have herpes.. but is this enough to ensure he won't transmit it to me or could it take a while for herpes to actually develop after exposure?

I had a panic attack the other night and I was suffering this From 8 pm. Is it possible to get HPV when neither partner cheated? How else could you get it? If that person did cheat which they is saying they didn't is it possible to get it other than having sexual intercourse. My pap smear was false positive and false negative they don't know for sure its mild they want me to have a biopsy to be certain if I do. If I do they said I could have it freezed which will remove it I had it six years ago and have it now Im married and he is telling me he did not cheat what do he take me for? I had two pap smear one the ending of feb and it was normal then the ending of march I had another one and in April thats when the result came back hpv. I dont trust him and once I have this biospy to know for sure if I have it or not I will go from there.

I can't believe what happened. I was at a strip club and recieved a private dance. One thing led to another she pulled my penus out and was rubbing. Then you continued the lapdance. I didn't realize but she put my penis in her vagina and was moving. It wsa sticking out of my jeans. Once I realized it I pushed her off. I asked her if it went in and she said it did but not all the way. OMG i am terrified. I told her after why did she do that if I didn't have a condom and she said it was just a little.

I am very very scared. Please help. Do you think I could have gotten HIV? I really need some help and advice. What should I do? What are the chances?
