Take a hot shower and let the bathroom get nice and steamy and stand in there for a while. I have the same problem and found a sinus mask at the drugstore that is like a mask filled with beans that you can put in the freezer, and it really helps. It puts pressure in the right places so it takes away the pressure in other places. It costs about 10 but is well worth it. Either one should help when it gets really bad. Best of luck.

I have been using Claritin D 24 hr strength since it was a prescription drug. I have had sinus trouble most of my life and been through quite a few Rx medications. Try the generic versions because they are cheaper. You can buy it OTC but you still have to buy it from the pharmacist since it contains pseudophedrine, the main ingredient used in making methamphetamine.

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

Stop all dairy products for 7 days and you should notice the difference., and also drink half your body weight in ounces of pure, clean, filtered water. Not tap water or distilled water. for every caffenated drinks you need to drink 2 glasses of water as caffeine dehydrates you.
