Generaly speaking, appendicitis symptoms are pain to your lower right abdomen, fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Appendicitis can be a medical emergency. (If the appendix ruptures you will have a major infection in your abdomen.) You should always check with your doctor or emergency room if you think that is what it is. The symptoms will only get worse and you will get really sick if left untreated- surgery is the only treatment. Not trying to scare you, but we had 2 positive appednicitis cases when I was at work today!
