For about 2 weeks I have itching of my left breast in the areola. I feel an urge to scratch and then is OK, however it repaeats during the day, I do not see anything strange apart from a bit of red skin caused by scratching, I am worried, could it be a sign of cancer? or just skin irritation? I am 53 years old.

My child is 19-months and has difficulty swallowing textured and solid foods. He either gags/vomits, spits out, or refuses altogether. He drinks Pediasure for nutrition/calories and some pureed foods (though he's losing interest in these.)My understanding is this could be behavioral, poor oral motor skills, texture sensitivity or all of these. (we've ruled out most medical concerns like reflux). I'm looking for a treatment method that works. What should be done? Who are the experts to help us? How long will it take for my child to eat normally? He also has a hypersensitive gag reflex. In addition to its role with eating difficulties, he also gags and vomits from crying. He cries, coughs/gags and then vomits (within seconds!). This affects sleeping (if left in crib without being fully asleep he vomits) as well as with temper tantrums -- just about anytime he's very upset. We try to avoid these scenarios, but it's impossible. How do we address this gag reflex problem?

According to what i'v read, the late stage of syphilis is the most damaging (not suprisingly) and I think i'v had mine for around 6-7 years. I base this asumption that i have had awkward redrash-like bumps on my hands and feet that use to occur often (not so much any more-- uhoh?). Also this weird dot-web like pattern under my skin on the palms and top/sides of my feet (especially when i shower the heat turns these areas a bright red and the pattern is more visable)
More recently i discovered i have diminshing eyesite in my right eye.
So a couple questions.

Does everyone with syphilis in the late stage experience all the damage-- some more than others?

Does it progress slower/faster in some individuals?

Would i already have a lot of neurological damage by now if i have it?

Can it cause blindness in one eye and not the other?

Is it possible to get rid of the disease in the late stage? (not the damage-- just the disease)

I badly need to lose weight so I started walking 3hrs a day. For a month now, my right heel has been hurting every time I walk on it, so I can't walk more than 30 minutes now. Has anyone had this happen to them? It hurts most in the morning when I wake up

How would this happen if I've had my ears pierced for who knows, 10 years now? Should I see a doc? It's been going on for maybe 2-3 months now so I try not to use earrings and I am having all my earrings sit in soap water tonight...do you think it may be that they were dirty? Are there any other home remedies?
Thanks a bunch.

When someone is vaccinated against hepatitis b and they come in contact with it, say they have a blood exposure do the antibodies from the vaccine KILL the virus or do they just control the virus and it stays in your body? And if it stays in the body, could you eventually get it in 20 yrs if the vaccine were to run out?

It happens once or twice a year. It's basicly just a plugged/runny nose with a sharp pain in the back of my throut when i swollow liquids. I comes with out warning and i don't know what sets it off. It takes a while to go away (2 weeks usually). Really brings me down because it makes me almost stop drinking, i have to force myself to drink to stay hydrated. It doesn't respond well to any allergy medicine or any other medicine for that matter. I just want to know what it is so i can stop it (have it now) or prevent it. This has been happening to me for as long as i remember. I have other allegries (pine pollen, citris, and strawberries) and i know how i react to those. Help. I just want it controlled, i don't want this the rest of my life. Thanks

I know I'm supposed to call the police, but is there anything I can do to help the paramedics while they are on their way? Like soak him in Ice water or give him some kind of sugary food? I know it's a form of diabetes, I don't know anything else about it other than it instantly lowers blood sugar levels to a deadly amount no matter what he has eaten or when he has eaten it. I just want to know if I can help him in some way should he have another attack. Thanks!
