I have white spots on my upper arms and my wedding dress is strapless! i'm using Head & Shoulder shampoo to wash them and this cream i got from the Dr that has Clotrimazole, Betamethasone and Dipropianate.

You are on the right track with the prescription from the doctor for one of the cream products. There are other treatment options but a doctor's prescription is needed for those as well. You can take one dose of ketoconazole or five doses of sporanox but, depending what medications you take, these might be contra-indicated. Diflucan can also be taken. The oral route is the fastest. Please note, if you live in a warm, humid environment, once treatment is complete, you may still have to take the medication once or twice a month to prevent the fungal infection from returning.
