for the past few years i've experience wierd things before i go to bed. It happens rarely, about once a month or two. Before i'm about to sleep i feel that my whole body becomes paralyzed where i can't move at all or even speak. My heart races real fast which scares me to death and lately i've experience a loud ring in my ears which feels like they are going to pop. Sometimes i think i dream about this happening but i can't tell at times.Does anyone know what these symptoms indicate? please let me know.

I already have 14 injections of anti-rabies given since last December 13, 2003 till last April 5, 2007. My question is, with the injections I have, am I surely protected against the virus? How does anti-rabies vaccine works? In one lifetime, how many anti-rabies vaccine can a person tolerate? With the number of injections I had, is there a possibility for over dose? My mom was admitted today to the Hospital, She has Chronic dehabilitating Migraines, and in September of 2005 she had gastric ByPass Surgery. Many many mant complication, on a lot of vitimins. She is having extreme pain on her lower back side, she had blood, X-ray, and CT scan tests done, also an ultrasound. they found a spot the size of a thumb on her Kidney???? she was born in 59' that makes her 48 years old. The docs mentioned someting about her gallbladder, but I and my mom not sure what it is about with her gallbladder. She is going into surger tomorrow, called laparoscopy, but I am thinking more exploratory surgery. What is a professional oppinion on this, what could this be, what is going on???????? I am a EKG Tech in Cardio, and not familiar with this but I know all about anatomy, and Physiology. and Med term, I know... Please Help!!!

but why most sponsor of sport event are cigarete company,there is contrary with this condition.

For about a year now I have had a horrible time falling asleep. When I get tired I lay down, but I feel SUPER irritated. I get REALLY mad when people try talking to me...i don't know why it just bugs me when I'm tired. I use to think I was just cranky bc im tired, but Im guessing its more than that now? Also when I get sleepy and lay down it feels like bugs are crawling all over my skin. I know there are no bugs actually on me, but it feels like it. Like my skin is itchy. I literally scratch my skin. I dont know if its nerves or what but its REALLY annoying. I almost feel bi-polar bc when im tired ill get mad at people when they talk to me, and if they dont catch what i say ill FLIP OUT and go nevermind i dont want to repeat it! and sometimes feel like crying. Ive tried all kinds of methods from music to baths and nothing seems to work. Could this be a form of insomnia or something? And since i cant sleep at night, ill sleep during the day, but i wont have those symptoms at ALL! help!

Right!! Therefore foe 5 to 6 hours after smoking a joint you're not getting the oxeygen you so desperately need that your heart is having so much trouble getting already due to CHF. So when you smoke pot with CHF you are killing yourself and robbing a diseased heart of even more oxygen that it needs and causeing it further damage.Now you don't "GO OUT HIGH" You go out desperately struggling for a air and it is ugly and painfull and horrible. And the people that love you do care about your life and the people that don't love you sit back and take on the attitude of "What do i care? It's your life! Die how you want! When you want! You can lenghten your life with CHF if you do the right things or you can shorten it by doing the wrong things like smoking pot and not being able to breathe is a horrible way to go, don't you think? At the young age og 40 with 2 kids. What about them? Please only non pot smokers answer.
