maintain healthy lifestyle by doing exercise regularly one week 3 times each times at least 30 mins. res each show that can increase hdl too. beside this of course you should control your diet by select the food that is contain high cholesterol advice to take more vege and fruit.and avoid red meat.

My husbands HDL was low...he changed his diet according to the doctor (no fast food , fried food and no soda) and also took Fish Oil Omega 3 tablets ...he is doing fine now..good bloodwork for the last 2 years.

Take plenty of vegetables . Forget food items which contain fat including milk. exercise regularly. You may be taking statins for your cholesterol. Add ezetembe with statins. For example Atorvastatin EZ. This will increase HDL
