Yes, you could have hypoglycemia. You couldpick up a blood sugar monitor at any pharmacy and they are usually free. Bot you really should see a doctor.
If it is low blood sugar (hypoglycemis) you should avoid junk foods, sweets, alcohol and soft drinks. When you eat sugars amd carbohydrates you should eat protiens with them to slow down the metabilization of sugars. Your doc will be able to provide dietary info.

Yes, it's hypoglycemia. It means your sugar is lower than normal. You can stop this by eating regular meals. If you still feel this way in between meals, then take in a glass of orange juice or have one piece of hard candy to alleviate the symptoms. You might also want to follow-up with your doctor, perhaps your insulin dose needs adjusted.

It's definitely a possibility. I advice getting you a blood glucose meter and check your blood sugar when you feel that way to make sure. A normal reading is anywhere between 80-120. The signs you are displaying sure sound like symptoms of hypoglecemia. To cure it, make sure you always have some type of sugar available: a candy bar, orange juice, or if nothing else, glucose tablets available at just about any pharmacy.

Hypoglycemia happens when you eat or drink too much sugar. Your body counter attacks by dumping a massive amount of insulin into your blood steam. After the sugar is taken care of, there is plenty of insulin left in your system so it knocks your sugar level down even more.

You have to cut out, or cut way down, the amount of sugar in your diet. This will keep your sugar level at a normal amount and your body won't produce too much insulin and bring you down.

I suggest you look at the Atkins diet. I'm not suggesting you do on a diet, I'm suggesting that you look at the types of foods they eat. These foods are low in carbs, aka sugars. These types of food you should eat to maintain a healthy sugar level.

If you want to short version, no sugary sodas like Coke or Pepsi. Stay away from chocolate or any other candies.

Trust me on this, my Ex-wife is diabetic and I'm hypoglycemic.

Sounds like it. Take small regular snacks to avoid the sudden drops, and see a dietitian for a proper eating plan. Always carry something with you just in case.
You need to look after yourself, your health and especially your diet. If you continue to have too many highs or lows your condition can begin to affect other parts of your body, and some of the consequences can be life threatening.
Not to mention that it isn't pleasent to be around someone who "Gets angry easily"
Take care.

Sure sounds like it. Try eating 6 smaller meals snacks throughout the day and be careful of what you eat. Excercise and talk to your doc. You may need a readjustment of your meds.
