My daughter has to have braces in a couple weeks and we want to know what foods and candies she can no longer eat or any that cause lots of problems.

Any suggestions to dealing with a new set of top braces?

Thanks!

I need about $10,000 worth of work done (w/ins.) and no way of being able to come up with that kind of money in any decent amount of time so if ANYONE has ANY ideas as to how I could possibly get the work that I need done before it's too late, please let me know. There are very few lengths I would not go to to get this work done. Thank You Everyone!!!!!

I paid him 150.00 bucks hoping that it would last. He glued a fake piece of tooth over it and it broke off.Now I have to go pay 630.00 bucks to have it fixed right or get a crown placed over the tooth. Is this about right. Or is my Dentist taking me for some money here. I'd like to know? thanks everyone.

Any pressure on the tooth I had worked on is very uncomfortable. This is a retreat on my tooth, the dentist who originally did it missed a root (the jerk), and I had to have the procedure redone. I go in next week to have it finished, I'm just really nervous there is something wrong with my tooth, I can't afford any more procedures. Thanks for any advice.

Do we (humans) have any kind of taste buds or any kind of glands on the inside of our cheeks? Cuz i can feel a little tiny bump on my cheek towards the corner of my mouth(from the inside) and it happened after i ate some birthday cake, which has a bunch of sugar. so i thought it could be a irritated gland or something from the cake?

I bought some dental picks for my dogs and found myself not using them on the dogs but on my own teeth. My friend told me Im not scraping plaque off my teeth, I'm scraping enamel. Is this true? They look better now that I have scraped them, I don't see how this is harming my teeth.

My molar cracked and the gum is visible so it is going to take longer for the procedure? Also, what part of the procedure hurts? Can you guys go more in depth of the numbing of ur nerves and how much it hurts. Plus, i had my cavity a long time and i dont know if it is going to hurt more if i had it done when my cavity was small?
