The food was Wasabi Green Peas, they have the occasional very hard one that broke my tooth. I doubt a lawyer would take this small case, probably $1,000-$1200.00

It was the distributor of the food who is unresponsive.

Although patients report this all the time, I have NEVER seen a tooth that just broke from eating food. There is always a cavity in the tooth that the patient didn't know about or a very large filling. Healthy teeth are incredibly strong and it takes a lot more than just biting on a hard piece of food to break them.

As much as you don't want to hear this, I think you are probably just going to have pay for this yourself.

I'm not sure if you are talking about the insurance company that provides your dental coverage or another company but I would recommend getting in touch with your dentist about this to see what they think. If it is your dental insurance that you are not getting a response from see if they have a caseworker that is involved with the plan to see if they might be able to help.

just your bad luck, just like a pit in a olive,no one is going to pay for your tooth but you.
