well the answer i give on this is that...drunk people shouldnt drive....now a person who is lightly buzzed should totally be able to drive...
i do drink occassionally, and do drive afterwards...never had an accident, never even a close call...and i am sure most the time i am slightly over the limit of .08
of course i have a lot of expirience driving intoxicated as when i was a teenager and through my twenties i was intoxicated an aweful lot.
so yes driving drunk is wrong, but to post a .08 and say if your over that your illegal is a bit absurd...especially given that there are some people who drink frequently and such and .08 is practically sober to them...

I think that if you are drunk you should get someone to give you a ride home. Why would you want to put someone elses life at risk? I think that since there have been alot of accidents due to drinking and driving that we have enough information at our fingertips to be smart enough to just NOT do it.

No, but they do..and the bars on every street encourage them to do so..And not only that, but the state doesn't do much to prevent drunk driving until somebody dies from it..and still, all they get is 5 years in jail

No, drunk people should not drive, they are putting themselves and everyone around them in danger. You should be responsible and call a cab if you are drinking, not drive home and risk killing innocent people's lives.

Yes, so they can drive over and severely injure people like you that ask stupid questions like this.
Do you not realize how many lives are ruined, people crippled, dead, in comas, how many children are killed not just by being hit, but by being in the same car as a stupid fool that cannot wait another couple hours before getting his dumb *** in a car! What's the emergency that you have to put people that you love's lives at risk? Idiots.

No I do Not People who drink booze or wine and drive are asking for something bad to happen to there self or to a Innocent person or child.You are Physical in pared when you drive.

if they want to go to jail why not but think about if a drunk driver were to kill someone in your family would u want them driving not.

ABSOLUTLY NOT. When you are intoxicated your judgement to make even little judgements is extremely tainted. Intoxicated individuals are VERY hazordous to the well being of themselves and others, when they are behind the wheel.
