OK, this is gonna sound weird, but EAT PICKLES! I am serious! There is something in the vinegar that has healing properties. We found this out when my daughter had a horrible one a few months ago. She was also hungry for pickles and ate an entire jar in one day. (She is also a starving college student, so that might have been the reason she ate pickles. LOL And no, she's not pregnant. LOL) Anyway, the next day, her canker sore was almost gone!

Since then I have had several of my orthodontic patients who get canker sores try the "pickle solution", and they have all come back and said it worked great. Why not give it a try? What do you have to lose except that painful sore?

Hope this helps! ~Bobbi

Put baking soda on it, hurts like hell but they will go away faster and it cleans the sores. Alot of time kanker sores come from acid food oranges and so on cut back.

You might not like this, but ~Icy Hot~ used every day for a week or 2 can get rid of zits and possibly canker sores.

buy a product to form a protective film over it. it should have gone away by now, so i would see a dentist just in case. canker sores last about 10 days or so.

Try some clove oil, but don't forget to dilute it and use a q-tip.
