I recently found out that giving a child a bottle of milk during the night causes tooth decay. I was under the impression that it was only when the child had the bottle in their mouth and sucked on the nipple all night. Well, I'm glad I now know but my daughter is not. She is having a hard time going back to sleep after she gets a sippy cup of water instead of milk. Can I give her flavored water? Can anyone recommend anything else..

Thank You

Or is there a way dentists can paint over your healthy teeth and maybe lighten them a couple of shades or is this really expensive too. And just for good measure should we all be thinking of getting rid of old metal fillings? Thanks, I am really worried my teeth are getting older looking than me!!!!!

How does the dentist pull out a wisdom tooth way back there without ones head moving along with the tugs? Do they twist the tooth or rock it back and forth until it becomes loose then yank it up? What does the instrument look like? Like a vice grip or a pair of plyers? What if the tooth shatters? How do they get the rest out? Man I don't think I can do it...Please explain how it is pulled in detail.
Thanks
