i really want to try whitening strips, my teeth arnt yellow.. but they have a yellow tint from drinking coffe sumtimes..nd sum foods i may eat... plus a white smile is always a plus. but do the strips really work???? if so, what kinds do you recomend?

Yes! They work great, almost as well as the very expensive dental whitening treatments, but for a small fraction of the cost. Myself, my son, and my husband have all used Crest Whitening strips. I do recommend them. Your teeth will sparkle!

Yes ! The whitening strips do work! I am a dental assistant and see patients at the clinic that use the strips all the time and they have very white teeth ! You might want to try bleaching the top teeth first that way you can compare the results with the lower teeth that way you can see if there are any changes and continue on with the bleaching. I used to use Crest whitestrips premium plus, which worked pretty well. Before you try any whitening strips, you should know that there are 7 different kinds of Crest whitestrips...7!! They are:
Classic (weakest version)
Professional
Premium
Premium Plus
Supreme (strongest whitening gel)
Renewal
Daily Multicare (the newest, but weak)
The weak versions must be worn more frequently which gets annoying, and for a longer time. The strongest one, Crest whitestrips Supreme, has 14% hydrogen peroxide, which is dentist-level. This is why Supreme is only available from the dentist.
An equivalent to crest whitestrips supreme is Maxodent, that also has 14% hydrogen peroxide (I actually contacted them about this and got an answer). It is cheaper and easier to use.

im only 3 days in the process but they seem to having an effect.
but my bottom row teeth arent the straightest so i think the strips arent gettin all of a tooth =X

yes, crest! i used them before school started for two weeks and they worked great! my teeth were pretty and white. they taste funny though.
