What type of antibiotics would you need if you have and infection in you sinuses caused by a upper tooth?

My dentist is removing my 2nd Molar tooth(left side). I'm apprehensive about having it out because it would leave a gap. I have an impacted wisdom tooth next to it and he says it would give it space to grow. I doubt my wisdom tooth would grow at the age of 30, it's already somewhat out and has a gap next to it where food lodges hence the rotting of the 2nd molar. After the 2nd molar is out even if the wisdom tooth grows out would there not be another space beside the first molar, hence the same problem? Should I have it out, it's partially rotted away on the side, but the rest seems okay, is there nothing else I can do to keep it?

I have a small swollen point in my gum. It's on my lower jaw, where my wisdom tooth use to be (they were removed 2 years ago). It's painful and I think it's a gum infection. What are the symptoms of a gum infection? What are the treatments? How can I have healthier teeth? I brush and floss and use floride rinse but I still always have problems with cavaties and i'm afraid of dentists. I have made an appointment with a dentist for my gum pain but i'm just wondering what the problem is and what he'll most likely do for it. Thanks!

There is pain on one side of upper and lower teeth when cold water is being drunk. There is no lack of hygienic care of teeth like brushing twice daily. I don't think it is a sign of gingivitis. What could be the problem? Greatly appreciate if you could advice.

Other details that might be interesting could be rate of tooth growth, age of customer, condition of hole, and estimated cost for one tooth.

I had a small filling done on one of my back teeth about a year ago. For the past few months it has been sensitive and I can't eat anything hot or cold on it. I went to the dentist recently and he took an x-ray of it and said it looks like there's no cavity but he said it looked like from the x-ray that my sinuses might be causing pressure on it. This tooth started to bother me more lately and now my ear and nose hurt, but these symptoms only appeared within the past week. I don't know if I should go back to the dentist because my tooth really hurts, or go see a doctor about my sinuses, or just ignore the whole thing. Everything thats bothering me is on the left side by the way. The right side of my nose and ear feel fine. But this tooth really hurts and its been going on for some time now.

I went 21 years of my life without cavities, then last dentist trip, I had 7! Now, I'm called Cavity Queen even though I brush my teeth twice a day and floss everyday. Is there anything to be done to stop cavities?! I use cavity protection toothpaste too.

It gets so expensive having to fix all these cavities and having to take time off from work. Help! So yeah, 22 years old, had 7 cavities filled, and I feel like I have a few more!

my tooth does have a crown on it, and it always seem to bother me for a couple years. Now it to the point where it hurts to push on it, and the gum above the tooth, its my top molar by the way, has been really sore, and the tooth feels like it infected. I have taken antibiotics and the problem still remains. It makes me feel sickly and my question is can this tooth possibly have an abcess? Or could the tooth be infected? I have an appt to have it extracted next week. I am just tired of dealing with the discomfort. Professional answers would be appreciated. If you can fill me on what might be going on with this tooth. ty, :)

My ear on that side is blocked and sometimes feels like an earache. I've noticed I'm not grinding my teeth like most people---I clench them and don't even realize it. I have to constantly swallow to clear up the ear. What are the treatments? Is it serious? I'm seeing an Ear Nose and Throat doctor next week. Thank you for helping!

When I push my theeth hard it looks like it moves slightly but the movement is barely noticable and I can only see it when I am very close to the mirror. I'm not even positive if it moves at all, but I do think it kinda moves. I'm freaking out because I don't know if this is normal or not. I was at the dentist recently and he said I have inflamed gums but that I could easily make them healthier. He also took x-rays so he would've told me if I was in danger of losing any teeth right. I've become real obsessed with this lately. If I continue to take care of my teeth will I be able to keep all of them? I'm only a teenager.
